Registration

Welcome Friends!

Registration for AlpacaFest West is online this year. Before you log on have the following information ready: ARI certificates for each alpaca/fleece entered, last shear date for both alpaca and fleece entries, your AOBA Show Division number if you are a member and your credit card for payment.

If this is your first time using online registration you will need to provide your information first. Once your farm information has been entered into the system you can proceed with registering for the show. Payment is through PayPal and is secure. If you are more comfortable paying by check, you may enclose your payment with your paperwork that must be sent to the Show Superintendent. Whether you are paying for your registration by check or through PayPal, please fill out the registration forms online.

Remember, you are not fully registered for the show until you have sent in your payment and your paperwork; ARI certificates for each entry, Mandatory Exhibitor Disclosure(s) and Permission to Show form(s) if applicable. Please mail all forms to:

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances occur requiring a change in one’s plans. We will honor all cancellation and request for refunds received no later than October 31, 2009. There will be a $25 processing fee per refund. Cancellations submitted after the October 31 deadline will be honored, but a refund will not be available. Refunds will be returned in the same method they were received. Please allow up to four weeks for processing. To request a refund, please click here.

Remember

All alpacas entering the show grounds must comply with AOBA show rules. All alpacas must be ARI registered, have a current health certificate that includes their microchip number and have tested negative for BVDV. All alpacas must be healthy and free of parasites.
